When I upload I at the end get:
Que Remove = 1, Que Count = 0
Invalid Procedure
prjUpdater ... QueAtLine 170

What does it mean, what can I do?

Well, I suppose that the straightforward test would be to attempt to update on a separate computer...

Do you ever TEST the update files after adding new updates?
It happens rarely - but rarely is still too often! - that I get the message "...not verified"
It just happened with "Extras"!
PLEASE TEST BEFORE RELEASING!!

When I run Apup (newest) I get just a few files down and then the message that some files failed verification and that I should rerun.
Rerunnig does not help.
How do I get the full set of updates now???
