Re: Windows 10 Updates

Is there option to use multiple Main list URLs?
Like url1 and url2 delimited with semicolon or some other char?

yes, I can confirm. 6.1.40 has run so far without any issues.
I'm using it mostly to download updates. Installing very rarely.

Thanks. ;)

Re: Autopatcher v6.1 beta

I just reverted back to 6.1.38, because 6.1.39 was crashing all the time when checking (any) release and pressing "Next". Program itself starts w/o problems. Sorry, didn't saved crash logs.
6.1.38 looks stable enough for now and I was able to download all release updates.

Re: Autopatcher v6.1 beta

I understand how it "should be" working as bachelor in IT ;) I'm trying to figure out why is my AP crashing so much. I readownloaded all updates and AP crashed like 4-5 times only. After each time I run sweeper and it wanted to delete 1 or 2 updates, at most. AP un Sweeper asks for admin r...

Re: Autopatcher v6.1 beta

Can autopatcher "loose" it's elevated permissions if I run it all the time from a limited user? Could it be reason for "permission denied" sometimes in crash log?
Windows 7 x64 SP1.

Date-time in each crash log event could also be helpful.

Re: Autopatcher v6.1 beta

A quick look at your Sweeper log, one thing stands out - no mention of Windows 7 or 8 (x64 or x86) rtiz files that I see, which may be why the releases were seen as EXTRA. I don't know if your AP package was Official or not - AP is Official and all releases are True in Release Info. It would have b...

Re: Autopatcher v6.1 beta

Hmm... when it says "EXTRA FILE" that means when WAC made the RTIZ file (hash file) he did not have that file. There are a few reasons for this. It may be that he forgot to put in a delete command for that file in the script when the file was no longer needed, OR he made the RTIZ then add...

Re: Autopatcher v6.1 beta

OK, run autopatcher today. Updated admin tool w/ problem. But checking win7 and win8 (September 15) in any combination I get permission problem and program wants to exit. So, I run sweeper and it wants to delete all these files. Is this normal to have that much? Already run sweeper previous month an...

Re: Windows 10

wow... strange. Instead of incrementing the windows version to 7 from 6 it skipped right to 10?! btw thanks for the intel. You mean 6.3 (win 8.1) to 10.0  http://www.theverge.com/2014/11/24/7274727/windows-10-nt-version-10 Running 6.1.28 on Win10, generated this log. I understand, it's bare a...
