Okay,
I just got the DotNet directory now "Official"
I had to remove the "Microsoft Security ENU Addon Pack" module and the "Autopatcher Common Modules" module from the directory, run sweeper, run apup, run autopatcher.

Re: Help with making release official
The next "test" that I did was to create a new directory called "AP-combined". I copied the entire contents of the 4 directories that had reported "Official" status via autopatcher into the "AP-combined" directory. I ran autopatcher in the combined directory a...

Re: Help with making release official
This XP VM is used exclusively for autopatcher, it has no other software installed since day 1. I don't think it's a virus issue. This is a little bit long and complicated, but here's what I did. The XP OS crashed while running APUP during the 1.8GB of downloads. So I decided to just start over, but...

Re: Help with making release official
I ran sweeper with the /verbose switch. I allowed it to delete files.
I then ran autopatcher and the following was displayed:

I am running apup 1.4.38 right now and will post the results afterwards.

Re: APUP 1.4.38 does not even start from shared folder on XP
Okay, I downloaded and unzipped and attempted to run 1.4.40.. Same issue so I started to get suspicious and investigated this a little further.. For some reason, versions after 1.4.37 seem to trigger some type of security mechanism in XP, but only when running from the shared folder. I normally upda...

BTW,
I'm okay with deleting these modules with an unofficial status, I just don't know the correct way to remove them

Re: Help with making release official
Okay, I renamed the files back to their original name, Ran Sweeper & allowed it to delete the files it didn't like. Here is the log from sweeper after the run: Sweeper.log When I ran autopatcher afterwards, the same 3 modules are present and marked as unofficial (I won't repost the image, becaus...
