Re: Microsoft VC++ Redistributable Packages

@tmk

Sweeper says the 2 files are missing but not the 'why'. Please run AP and select the MS VC++ Redist release only and post the unedited log.

Re: patch issues

@Bethrezen If you haven't, update AP to 6.2.6 - see releases list. Critical Updates - Already installed but not highlighted as such in Autopatcher kb2872339 Can you confirm kb2872339 is infact installed? If it is, can you compare the detections in the apm to your system and post your findings. Plea...

Re: Autopatcher v6.2

OK. * Bizarre how AP 626 views arguments & blacklist as releases or rti(s), not sure but their in Release Info as a Title-less True release, and AP wants to delete the file from \#ap_temp#\. * Clicking the redX will launch about 10 Yikes (per file) but AP will go on to load and will show as offi...

Re: Upgrading IE 11

OK.

BTW, I was referring to a minor version upgrade, not say, a major upgrade -> 10 to 11. I have Windows 8.1 and my version of IE11 is not the latest minor version as far as I can tell, though it may be for 8.1.

Upgrading IE 11

The IE11 upgrade in the Windows 7 releases, in \NonCritical\ has prerequisites ->-> get them in place before you run the upgrade. It's not doable to simply select the update and go, the updates need to be installed first and the system needs to have been rebooted. I think the apm(s) need some attent...

Re: Autopatcher v6.2

AP626 is having a time with the arguments and blacklist files, but I didn't want to post anything if you were already aware and the issues were fixed in AP627.

Re: Install Instructions for Windows 7 updates

Hi WallyDog, welcome :) First of all, I tried many apps before this one. Seems Autopatcher works the best so far. One of the apps I used was WSUS Offline...The problem with WSUS Offline is that once it downloaded everything, it installed everything in ascending order according to the time stamp the ...

Re: AutoPatcher v6.2.02 crash

Hi Bethrezen Looking at your pic posted above, AP is still at 6.2.2, updating AP to 6.2.6 should fix the run-time error 13. The next release is going to have the option of selecting only once to ignore the 2 EULAs, after that they shouldn't reappear. The only way for now is to run -> autopatcher.exe...
