The KB3161608 update rollup should NOT be applied to some Win7 SP1 systems using certain Intel Bluetooth devices as KB3161608 (as well as KB3172605) clobbers them and causes them not to function correctly. Details in this Intel forum thread:
https://communities.intel.com/thread/104414

But for those Win7 systems NOT using Intel Bluetooth devices & software, go ahead with installing either KB3161608 or KB3172605.

Received this message in the update history. The full message was:

Feature update to Windows 10, version 1809 amd64 2019-04
Failed to install on 4/15/2019 - 0x80240034

I cant tell what update failed to install. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Thanks.
