Thought I'd mention it if you haven't already noticed, WSCC v3 seems to have become payware, may only be for business, still free for personal use

Re: Admin Tools Package
@ChrisJ --- it is payware and as such have reverted the Admin Tools back to version 2.5.10 (this being the freeware version)
As a matter of interest they charge $19.95 for the payware version..

Re: Admin Tools Package
It sure looks like it. There are a few people testing v3 to see what happens after the expiration date, mostly because of this in the v3 license...Whatacrock wrote:<snip>... it is payware
We'll have to wait and see If it's reported v3 is still free for personal use I'll follow up unless you find out first2. LICENSE.
The SOFTWARE is free for personal, educational and non-profit organization use. In this case registration is optional. For commercial use, it is required to register (see section 2.1).

Re: Admin Tools Package
I did notice that on the website but to play it safe Admin Tools for now will download 2.5.1.0
Keep us informed about the expiration date and if all goes to plan then will probably update Admin Tools to version 3 download.

WSCC3 (Windows System Control Center 3.0.0.1) released
Re: Admin Tools Package
WSCC v3.0 has become payware, possibly even for personal use, so Wac has reverted back to v2.5 until something more concrete is known. It would be great if you install WSCC v3.0, please report your findings.DesertJerry wrote:WSCC3 (Windows System Control Center 3.0.0.1) released

Re: Admin Tools Package
Done a little deeper delving in to WSCC 3.0, It is still free for personal use but businesses are required to pay to use. If you register and evaluate the software you have 30 days to do so, once this time expires you are required to uninstall it.
Will update the Admin Tools soon to WSCC 3.0.0.1, just watching my VM (with it installed) to make certain...
