[HELP] Windows Installer always shown while I ran the Autopatcher

Hello there,
I've problem, everytime I run Autopatcher 6.2.26 it's always show Windows Installer and Autopatcher stuck on Getting OS System Information.
When I canceled the Windows Installer proccess, the Autopatcher Application still not respond and Another Windows Installer proccess appeared
It's said : Install Server Not Responding
I've tried
1. DISM (repair Windows)
2. fsc (repair Windows)
3. Download & execute : MicrosoftProgram_Install_and_Uninstall.meta.diagcab
And didn't success solve my problem
My OS : Windows 10 Pro 64-Bit version 1903
