Adobe Shockwave Player is grayed out. Should it be? I have Windows 7 64bit. Running Autopatcher version 6.1.37 beta. Thanks

There's an issue with the detections that is being fixed as we speak, should be remedied by the next release of AP.
If you want to get flash updated exactly like AP would do it, point Run to the flash installers and simply add -install, this will get you updated. If you update both IE & notIE give maybe 20 or 30 seconds between runs - same for pep version. This switch is silent so you wont see anything, no dialogs.
It would look like this -> install_flash_player_19_plugin.exe -install
