Re: Admin Tools Package
Could you double-check that all the files involved in the verification process have been updated with the most recent change (CCleaner)? I'm running APUP (as admin) on a Win7 Home Premium system and can't get the Admin Tools package to confirm verification, with the problem module being CCleaner. I've tried running APUP multiple times, along with a mix of other things like deleting the CCleaner file first, disabling AV (AVG Free), running Sweeper, etc., but still get the same result. When I saw this most recent change, I thought I'd check to make sure that everything was cool with APUP itself. Here's the relevant stuff I get in the APUP log after it runs and gives me the verification error (related to the file: \modules\Admin\Admin_files\ccsetup505.exe) :
MD5 Hashes do NOT match. Expecting 71117B17CEA0797929E887AADA9B59B1, but found B944B853023312DEBA65AD08D30D6F6A

Re: Admin Tools Package
Admin Tools has been updated May 16, NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE FOR DOWNLOAD.
There is an issue with the developer's download which requires the CA Certificate, this makes APUP misbehave and not download the file.
This requires some intervention by TheAPGuy

Re: Admin Tools Package
Strange indeed. When APUP is running I noticed that there is a download for the certificate and checking the temp_bin it was not there, this followed by the one or more files failed verification error.
This is the second package to do this, the first was CCEnhancer which I removed from Admin Tools.

Re: Admin Tools Package
the .net downloader doesn't have that issue but, its not ready yet.
Re: Admin Tools Package
Well its currently listed on the test list so I could try it out. What you can do is leave it in your script but, comment that section out for now.
The "break through" with TheSweeper should help the progress with the .NET version of AP immensely. I can probably get it into a test worthy phase without the .net downloader soonish. Since getting TheSweeper to issue shell commands correctly and decrypt files (so much pain getting that to work) where some of the main issues of getting the .NET AP to work right.
